Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the printing waterproof?
A: Yes, the printed surface is waterproof and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. However, please note that the foam board backing is not suitable for outdoor usage.
Q: Should I send my file in RGB or CMYK?
A: You can send your file in either RGB or CMYK. Both are accepted.
• RGB has a larger colour range than CMYK. This means the colours on your screen may look more vibrant than what can be produced in print.
• Our printer is a CMYK+ printer, so it prints in CMYK but can reproduce some colours beyond the standard CMYK range.
• If your file is already in CMYK, that’s fine — no need to convert. If it’s in RGB, our printer will handle the conversion for you.
• Please note: The final print will look close, but will not match the colours on your screen, especially for very bright or neon shades.
